Discovering God's Grace
Our congregation has embarked on a journey of discovery to develop and implement a Spirit-led vision for the future of Grace. The process is called "Discovering God's Grace." You can read and respond to reports from the first phases of this project here on the web site. Or join committee members at Adult Education sessions at 9:50 a.m. on July 12 and August 9, 23, and 30. There will also be a special meeting at Grace on Sunday, August 16, from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m., to discuss the project.

2009-10 Cantata Season begins on September 27
Bach Cantata Camp for High-School Students
One week of intensive study of the music of J. S. Bach
Monday through Friday, July 27-31, 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Cantata performance on Friday, July 31, at 7:30 p.m.
Camelot
Tuesday's Child, the drama group based at Grace, presents Lerner and
Loewe's Camelot, July 17-19 and 24-26, at Walther Lutheran High School,
Ninth and Chicago in Melrose Park. Friday and Saturday evening
performances begin at 7:30; Sunday matinees at 2:00. Cast members
include Nate Ewald, Cam McAra, Michael Meyer, Dave Simpson, Olivia
Thompson, Clyde and Michael Danganan, and Amanda Wilkerson. The show is
directed by Gwen Gotsch, with musical direction by Lori Bormet and Nick
Stark. Tickets are $14 at the door; $12 and $10 for students and
seniors in advance. Purchase tickets in the church atrium on Sundays
between services or email Tuesday's Child.
Email Changes
Grace School teachers and staff members are no longer using email addresses at graceschool.net. All staff email addresses at Grace now consist of the person's first initial and last name at graceriverforest. org. For example, alincoln@graceschool.net would now be alincoln@graceriverforest.org. The school office email is office@graceriverforest.org. Please update your email address book. Current contact information for Grace staff members can be found here.

New Preschool Program for Three-Year-Olds
Enrollment applications are now being accepted for a new preschool program for three-year-olds at Grace School. Students may attend for two, three, or five days each week, from 8:30 to 11:30 a.m. For more information about early childhood programs at Grace, contact the school office or phone 708-366-6900.
