Chronic Illness Support Group

Serious illness presents spiritual challenges along with medical ones. The Chronic Illness Support Group includes individuals with long-term or chronic diseases. They meet monthly for sharing, support and prayer.

Grace's facilities are handicapped accessible. Handicapped parking is available along the north side of the building, on Division.
