Church library
The Grace Church library offers a wide range of resources covering personal,
social, spiritual and theological issues-all in an inviting, book-lined room
with comfortable chairs and a fireplace. On Sunday mornings, you will also
find coffee, snacks and friendly library volunteers.
What you'll find in the library
- Books that support topics covered in Adult
Education classes, Grace
Family Night, and Religion
in Literature discussions
- A growing children's collection including Bible story books, other
books about faith and books about difficult life issues, such as death and
divorce
- Resources on health issues, personal growth, and spirituality that
minister to the mind, body and spirit
- Periodicals with news from larger church bodies highlighting
Christian viewpoints on current social issues
- Video and audio cassettes of worship services and Adult Education
sessions.
Books and tapes may be checked out for three weeks. Self-service
instructions are found at the checkout desk. Browsers are welcome to use the
library and search the electronic "card" catalog whenever the
building is open.
