Sunday School
Art, cooking, storytelling, drama, games-they're all part of Sunday
School at Grace.
Led by a group of enthusiastic adult volunteers, children enjoy an ever-changing
array of activities from one Sunday morning to the next. They explore
their Christian faith, experience what it was like to live in Bible
times, and talk about God's presence in their lives.
When and where
- Sunday School is in session from 9:45 to 10:45 a.m. on Sunday
mornings from Labor Day to Memorial Day.
- Children from age three through fifth grade may attend Sunday
School. (Children in grades six through eight attend Cross-Training
classes on Sunday morning.)
- First through fifth graders rotate classrooms and teachers each Sunday.
Students and parents "check the board" at Grace's main entrance
for classroom assignments for the day.
- Preschoolers and kindergartners meet in the same classroom with the
same teachers throughout the year.
Grace's Sunday School welcomes all children, including those with special
needs. For more information, contact Grace.
