"Run Kids Run"- Coach Rich Brooks

And they sure did! This past Saturday morning was the first Cross Country meet of the season. Our cross country team (consisting of third to eighth graders) raced in the Fenwick Invitational Cross Country meet. We are so proud of our Vikings.

We know you will do great things tomorrow morning at St. John's Invitational Cross Country meet!

Strong and Speedy Vikings

On Wednesday, our fifth and sixth graders toured the historic Frank Lloyd Wright's home and studioThe Home and Studio was the birthplace of Frank Lloyd Wright's  vision for a new American architecture. He designed over 150 projects in this Studio!

Our fifth and sixth graders had an amazing field trip!

Thursday, we had lots to celebrate. We had Chicago Bears Spirit Day at our school to get excited for the NFL kickoff game happening that night. It was fun to see so many Bears fans at school.  We accept fans of all teams!

We have Bear fans...

AND Packer fans...

There was a victory that night with our Varsity Vikings! Way to go ladies!

Go Vikings!

Today, we continue counting down to our 8th Annual Walk with Grace Walkathon. We are less than four weeks away. There are many ways for our families and neighbors to be involved and support our event. In fact, every Friday we have our Walkathon planning meeting with Brain Schultz at 2 p.m. Come join us and share your ideas and skills. For more information, contact
