Tina Baird is moved to River Forest from Littleton, Colorado, but she is a Midwest native. She grew up in Wisconsin. After receiving a BA in Communicative Disorders from Valparaiso University, she returned to Milwaukee, where she obtained a post-baccalaureate degree in Early Childhood/Exceptional Education Needs from Cardinal Stritch University. Tina has worked in a variety of education settings, her favorite being at a summer camp for children with developmental delays on the shores of Lake Superior. Previously, she was a speech therapist at a PreK-8 school in Colorado. In her spare time, Tina enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband, Mick, and three sons, Caelin, Clayton, and Cole.
