Friends from Martin, Slovakia, visit Grace on August 18
This Sunday, August 18, Tomáš Gulán of the Center for Christian Education (CCE) in Martin, Slovakia, will visit Grace, along with his wife, Slávka, and their two children, Miško and Ondrej. Come to a birthday party for Paul Bouman
The Grace congregation is invited to join Paul Bouman and his family in celebrating his 95th birthday at an evensong service on Saturday, August 24, at 4:00 p.m. The Grace Senior Choir and vocal and instrumental soloists will perform some of Paul's compositions. After the service there will be more music: Paul's settings of secular texts including poetry by Emily Dickinson, Robert Louis Stevenson and Eugene Field. Refreshments follow in Fellowship Hall. Paul Bouman is Grace's Music Director Emeritus.
