Staff_Modahl.jpgPastor Modahl's last Sunday at Grace

There will be just one worship service this Sunday, August 31, as we celebrate Pastor Modahl's sixteen years of ministry here at Grace. He and his wife, Jackie, are moving to Florida. The farewell program will follow the worship service in the sanctuary. The congregation will then move to the gym for lunch and dessert.

Dessert potluck. Please bring a dessert to share. Desserts should be ready-to-serve (i.e., cut into serving-size portions) and should be brought to the warming kitchen, across from the elevator, near the gym, on Sunday morning. Please do not bring a dessert that needs refrigeration.

There is no charge for the luncheon. Free-will donations may be made to Grace to help cover the costs of the luncheon. Click here to donate online; use the "Other" line on the form and type "Modahl Farewell" in the space to the right. Any funds remaining after the event will be donated to an endowment fund for Grace School, in honor of the Modahls. The Modahls respectfully request that no personal gifts be given.
