Congregation meeting this Sunday

There will be a regular meeting of the congregation on Sunday, September 18, following the 11 a.m. worship service. View the agenda. Read the letter from the congregation president, Dan Luther, here.

Help welcome our new pastors

Our new associate pastors, Dave and Lauren Wegner, will be moving into their new home in Forest Park very soon. Welcome them to our community by helping to fill their pantry and closets with household necessities: non-perishable food items, paper products, cleaning supplies, etc. Bring your donations to the bin in the Grace atrium this Sunday, September 18. Also—stop by the table in the atrium on Sunday morning to sign the welcome banner for the Wegners.

Please RSVP for the salad potluck honoring Pastor Phyllis Kersten

Sunday, September 25, will be Pastor Phyllis Kersten’s last Sunday with us as our Interim Associate Pastor. We will give thanks to God for her ministry during our worship services and celebrate with a salad potluck luncheon in her honor, following the 11am service. Read more and sign up here.

Oktoberfest-Man-words.jpgVolunteer to help at Oktoberfest

Grace's annual Oktoberfest is on Oct. 2, 4–7pm. Tickets are on sale in the atrium on Sunday mornings. You can also purchase advance tickets at the reception desk during the week ($15 adults, $8 children age 5-11, children under five are free).

It takes a lot of volunteers to make Oktoberfest run smoothly. Contact Dan Krout (dankrout@comcast.net)
or Don Heimburger (info@heimburgerhouse.com) if you'd like to help out at the Saturday decoration party, with cooking or with clean-up.
