Special music on Sunday morning
Violinist Mark Agnor joins us for worship this Sunday morning to play the Sonata for Violin and Harpsichord in C minor by J. S. Bach (BWV 1017). Two of the four movements will be played as the prelude to the Sunday services, so come 10 minutes early to hear this beautiful music as you prepare for worship. Pastor Michael D. Costello, Grace Cantor, will accompany Agnor on harpsichord. Soli Deo Gloria!
Gently used books needed for Social Ministry book drive
The Social Ministry Committee is holding a fall book drive. Bring gently used and new book donations to the bin in the atrium, Sept. 29–Oct. 13. (No textbooks or reference books). Books will be distributed to Hines Hospital, area children's hospitals, Shining Stars Preschool and Harmony Church.
Mark your calendar, set a reminder on your phone, put a sign on the refrigerator: there is only one 10:00 a.m. worship service on Sunday, October 27, marking the beginning of our Save the Tower Campaign. Everyone is invited to lunch in the gym following the service. Sunday School meets at 9:00 a.m. on October 27. There are no Adult Education classes that morning.
