Special music at Grace this Reformation Sunday

Jazz at 8pm. Critically acclaimed German jazz performers Markus Burger and Jan von Klewitz blend modern jazz improvisation with the music of Bach and Luther in a free concert of "Spiritual Standards." The program is part of The Luther Roadshow 2016, a project designed to highlight the historical relevance of the Reformation, sponsored by the Investment and Marketing Corporation Saxony-Anhalt in partnership with the German Consulates General of Chicago and Los Angeles.

Flu shots at Grace on Sunday, Nov. 6

Walgreen pharmacists will be administering flu and pneumonia vaccinations in Grace’s gym on Sunday, November 6, from 9–11:30 a.m.  Anyone age 10 and older may receive the vaccination at this time. Walgreen’s will bill your medical insurance or Medicare, so please bring your card.

Fall Food Drive runs through Nov. 13

Food donations are always needed at local food pantries, especially in preparation for the holidays. Please bring non-perishable food items to the bin in the atrium on Sunday mornings through Nov. 13.

Sign up for the installation lunch by Nov. 7

Our new associate pastors, Lauren and Dave Wegner, will be installed in a 10am worship service on Sunday, November 13. Lunch follows the service. Please sign-up for the lunch by Monday, Nov. 7.

Sunday School and Confirmation classes and the New Members class will meet at 8:45am on Nov. 13. There are no Adult Education classes.
