ThankofferingFish.jpgBring an Advent Thankoffering

“May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing,” writes the Apostle Paul in Sunday’s second lesson, “so that you may abound in hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.”

How has God filled your life with joy, peace, and hope in the past year? What are you thankful for during this Advent season? The children of Grace Church and School have filled the net of blessings displayed on the chancel rail with fish that tell of all the things they are thankful for. Take a closer look before or after the services on Sunday morning, and then reflect on how God has blessed you.

The Stewardship Committee invites you to join your fellow members in making an Advent Thankoffering to support the worship ministry at Grace. You may use the special Thankoffering envelope that you received in the mail. If you write a check, please add the word “Thankoffering” on the memo line. To give online, type the word “Thankoffering” in the “Other” option on the web form.
