Good luck to our girls and boys cross-country teams as they compete in the Lutheran State Meet next Saturday at Trinity Lutheran School in Bloomington, Illinois.  The girls run at 12:30pm and the boys at 1:00pm.  You can find results of the meet that afternoon at www.luthsports.org.  Good luck runners!

 

                We missed you at the Parent Prayer meeting this week.  Mark your calendars for the remaining prayer dates:  December 6th, February 7th, April 4th, and May 2nd.  We meet in the conference room on these dates from 7:45-8:20am.  Feel free to come and go as your schedule allows.

Parent Teacher conferences will be in Fellowship Hall on Thursday, October 6. For parents needing childcare, please take your children to the extended daycare room, next to Jr. Kindergarten.  There is no charge, but your child must be signed in and out.  The school book fair will be held in the Atrium at the Bonnie Brae entrance starting at 1:00 p.m.

Lost and Found items will be set out on tables near the school office.  Please check for any items that may belong to your child. 

Walther Christian Academy will have an Open House Thursday, October 20 at 7p.m.  Tour the campus, meet the teachers, speak with current students, and learn more about what makes Walther such a great place for students to learn.  Come learn about scholarship and financial aid deadlines.  Walther consistently has 100% college acceptance for our seniors.  The class of 2016 (65 students) had a total of $6,500,000 in scholarships.  Athletic and extracurricular options to fit every need abound inside of our Christ-centered family environment as well.  Contact Alma L.
