"Waldsee" German Immersion Scholarship Opportunities for Summer 2016!

Students aged 8 and older are eligible for scholarships of $1,985.

For over 50 years, Concordia Language Villages in Minnesota has been providing outstanding language immersion programs for students of German. The Swiss Benevolent Society of Chicago (SBS) is again offering full scholarships for students who wish to attend Concordia's German language camp "Waldsee" this summer. Last year a Grace student’s application was selected and he attended a 2-week session at “Waldsee.” Students age 8 and older are eligible to apply for the scholarship, which is valued at $1,985 and covers the full 2-week tuition, as well as room and board. Drawing winners are responsible only for travel costs to and from the camp. If interested, please check out the links below and contact Mrs. Zielinski with any questions.

Completed application forms (first link) must be postmarked no later than March 30, 2016. If serious about attending, please notify Mrs. Zielinski no later than March 21, so she can complete the required language teacher assessment portion. Winners selected by SBS will be notified by April 15, 2016.
