It is with deep sadness that I announce Mrs. Byrne has accepted a teaching position at Oak Park – River Forest High School. We thank God for bringing her to us six years ago. She has been an incredible asset to our faculty, our students, and their families. We wish her God’s richest blessings on this new step in her career. We will be immediately searching for her replacement. A position description has been posted on our website. Let us know if you have a recommendation.
As we move towards the end of our second week of summer vacation, we want to remind everyone of our summer reading program and encourage all of our students to not only read, but also keep track of their minutes. Those students that read the number of minutes for their grade level in at least 9 of 11 weeks this summer will qualify to be part of our summer reading reward activities in September. If you have misplaced your information on the summer reading program, you can find it on our school website. Enjoy a great summer of reading!
